This challenging position will work within the Information Technology Department.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
On site and remote help desk support for clients and end users Troubleshoot basic hardware and network issues Work with vendors and prepare quotes to order inventory of new hardware Update inventory spreadsheet when making system changes, additions and disposals Setup and deploy workstations Essential Skills /
Experience:
Must be a well- rounded team player, who is reliable and willing to contribute in various projects.
Ability to assess impact of incoming requests and prioritize them in a fast paced environment.
Strong time management skills and work productively with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of Office 365 and Active Directory.
Candidate should also have basic understanding of Corporate Networked environment, be organized, good communicator, with ability to multi-task.
Minimum of 2 years experience is required.
